- Data voluntarily provided by the user: personal information provided through contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, information requests, or appointment requests, such as name, surname, email address, phone number, and other identifying data.
3. **Purpose of Processing**
The personal data collected are processed for the following purposes:
- To allow navigation and use of the website; - To respond to requests for information, quotes, or appointments; - To manage newsletter subscriptions and send promotional and commercial communications (with the user's consent); - To comply with legal or regulatory obligations; - To improve the user experience and the services offered.
4. **Legal Basis**
The processing of personal data is based on the following legal bases:
- Execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6, para. 1, letter b GDPR) for activities related to managing user requests; - Consent of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a GDPR) for sending promotional and commercial communications; - Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6, para. 1, letter c GDPR); - Legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6, para. 1, letter f GDPR) for service improvement and site security.
